[Destiny]

Thite rolled over onto his stomache. Rising stiffly to his paws. He only sighed and shook his head. "It'll be fine. The cobwebs are holding well and I think the bleeding has ceased." He wasn't entirely sure about that though. He might have re-opened it scrambling after her.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze closed her eyes and looked downward toward the earth. "I am so sorry" she muttered softly. "This is probably the last thing you want. If you leave, I'll understand. I've fought my whole life, if this is another battle I have to face alone then I will." Sunblaze opened her eyes and looked at Thite. She loved him but she wouldn't hold him down if he wanted to run. Serra wouldn't understand but Sunblaze had known her mother's struggle. Like Faith she would take up motherhood though it was reluctant. For the first time Sunblaze actually appriciated Faith but unlike her mother she would not rely on those that were helping her for the wrong reasons.

[Destiny]

Thite padded forward. He embraced her in a tight wolf hug. Before giving her a loving and reassuring lick on the muzzle."I will never leave you or our pups. They are mine as much as yours and I will love them as I love you." Kindness and love radiated from his pools. He would never know or understand motherhood. But he would be there for her through it all never the less.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze buried her muzzle in Thite's neck, whining softly. She loved him and this proved once and for all he loved her. That was enough for her. Thite loved these pups. That alone was more then enough to make her strive to protect and care for them. He loved her too, that was more then enough. "We should probably go back to Serra. Svel is probably back" she murmured, licking his neck.

[Destiny]

Thite nodded. Giving her one last loving lick he touched his muzzle to hers. "Your probably right." He turned in the direction of the den.Glancing at the log."Are you going to tell Serra? He asked. Though he did'nt think she would. Serra had a different mind than Sunblaze.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze leapt over the log, thinking. She had to show Serra she trusted her. If she hid this from Serra, Serra may think no one trusted her and turn dark. That wasn't a risk Sunblaze was willing to take. "I'll tell her" Sunblaze said finally. "But I'll do it alone. I want her to know I trust her as my sister. She has a right to know." Sunblaze started along the path she had taken in blind fright, heading back to the Shanti River and the badger sett.

[Destiny]

Thite scrambled up and over the log. Following her as she went. "alright then." He murmured. Thinking to himself. Should I tell Svel I'm going to be a daddy? He wasn't so sure Sunblaze entirely liked his sister. Svel had an odd presence about her most all of the time. It disturbed some wolves.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze continued along the path slowly, letting Thite keep pace. Her mind was on what she was going to tell Serra. Finally she came from the undergrowth and saw the badger sett, beyond it the Shanti River. Sunblaze padded toward the den. "Serra?" Sunblaze called, a bit uneasy.

[Destiny]

Serra inside the den was in a sitting position. Quietly conversing with Svel about things like hunting and such. The silver femme had returned not that long ago.Serra flicked one ebony aud as Sunblaze called her name. Rising the fae padded towards the entrance to the badger den. Shouldering her way through it she stood face to face with SUnblaze.Well, more like top of Sunblaze's head to her chin.

Svel only nodded as Serra left. Laying her crown on her paws.

Thite began to walk past the two faes. But he whispered to Sunblaze on the way. "Do you want to tell her alone?"

[Ärï]

"Yes" Sunblaze barked firmly. "Over here" Sunblaze murmured to Serra, leading the way over to the Shanti River. She was nervous but then again, she was a young mother. Who wouldn't be nervous? Though Sunblaze felt sure her mother would help her now when Kojo couldn't, she still felt unsure. She just hoped Thite would stay true to his word and she trusted he would. Reaching the river, Sunblaze turned to look at Serra. "I...I have something I need to tell you."

[Destiny]

Thite nodded. The brute shuffled past Serra and into the den were Svel would be waiting to see him.

Svel glanced at her brother.

Serra followed Sunblaze. Mud sucking at her paws she seated herself by her sister. An odd look in her eyes. She looked Sunblaze up and down. "What is it Sunblaze?" She asked. An edge to her tone.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze couldn't quite meet Serra's gaze. Her honey eyes flicked from the badger sett to Serra and back. "I'm...I'm carrying Thite's pups" Sunblaze said, looking at her muddy paws. "That's why I've been acting weird I suppose." Sunblaze continued sudying her paws rather then looking at Serra. "I just thought you should know...."

[Destiny]

Serra stared at her sister for a moment. "Your pregnant with his pups..." She closed her pools. She was happy for her sister. But somewhat angry. For many reasons. "I'm going now, I don't know when I'm coming back. Take care." Her words were icy as she padded into the river and moved away from her sister. Something like jealousy stirred within her mind.Happiness for her sister. And anger as well.

Thite looked down at Svel. But before he could answer she spoke."Thite, I want you to come back to Destinian Pack with me, come, now, please." Her tone was pleading. Thite didn't know what to say. The brute turned and walked out of the den. Gazing at Sunblaze. Finally he opened his maw to reply. But Svel spoke again. "Come on Thite. We can be together again. Destiny will accept you as a full warrior without hesitation, I know she will!Please come back with me brother." Svel gazed up at him. Sorrow in her enchanting eyes. Thite could'tn meet her gaze. The brute turned away from her. "No.I'm going to be a father Svel. You can't expect me to leave Sunblaze. Our pups. The wolves I love." Ice in his tone. The brute was utterly shocked and angered that Svel could be so clueless. How could she ask him to leave Sunblaze? Pregnant or not he loved her and he always would. He'd never leave her side.

[Ärï]

Sunblaze watched her sister leave and her paws gave out. She flopped down on the bank of the river and buried her head in her paws. She'd done it now. Kojo and Faith. Their work to protect Serra's soul had gone up in smoke just because she had messed up. Subtle shudders ran down Sunblaze's spine, honey eyes closed tight as the rain continued beating down on the mother-to-be. Damn these pups Sunblaze thought over and over.

Kojo gazed down upon Serra and his heart grew heavy. He had rejoyced with his mate at the fact that their daughter would bear pups but now, Serra was beginning to feel the rage of jealousy. Kojo sighed. For now he could do nothing to soothe Serra's anger.

[Destiny]

Svel whimpered."Please Thite. I need you."Thite whipped around. "My mate and my pups need me more. Your saying you need me now? You never even looked for me all this time! Never cared enough to come find me!" Thite snarled. Rage boiling up inside him. Svel snapped at her brother. "How can you say that! I had a pack too take care of!" Thite snarled, even more angrily in response. "Last time I checked it was the responsibilty of the alpha, beta and proxy to take care of the pack. Not the responsibility of the neohytes!" Thite snapped his jaws at her. Telling her to leave. Svel snarled but backed away. Darting towards the riverbank she skidded to a stop next to Sunblaze. "Damn you fae. You've taken my brother from me, you'll pay!"Svel snarled viciously. Baring her fangs at Sunblaze. She was taken off guard and thrust sideways into the river as Thite's jaws slammed down on her shoulder. Svel whimpered with the pain. Thite snarled viciously. "Go back to your pack Svel. Get away from my mate and my pups and don't you ever come back." Rage glimmering in his eyes. His sister's scarlet blood dripping from his fangs were he had sliced her shoulder slightly. Svel scrambled to her paws. Her blood making the water around her scarlet. The femme turned and darted away.

Serra ran. Ran as far and as fast as she could. FInally the femme skidded to a stop. 'What the hell is wrong with me! I should be happy for SUnblaze and Thite! WHy do I feel so angry and jealous!"
